To register, just enter
the information requested below and continue on with secure payment by
credit card.
Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email from mainstreetsites.com confirming that your registration was received and is being processed. Later, another email will arrive from mhmusictogether.com that confirms your class day, time and location. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Our Fall Term begins the week of September 27th and the deadline for registration is September 19, 2010.
Tuition/Fees/Refunds:
First child tuition is $175 (which includes all class materials) and new families also pay a one-time registration fee of $15. The first sibling of a registered child can attend for $115, and second siblings and infant siblings born after 1/27/10 can attend for free. Tuition will only be refunded prior to the registration deadline (credit toward future semesters may be issued in exceptional circumstances).
NOTE: If any other adults besides you will be attending class with your child(ren), please include their name(s) and relationship (grandmother, father, nanny, etc.) in the "comments" section below.
